A Castings Aluminum Production Manager oversees the entire production of the machines, maintenance, shipping, and tooling. The production Manager is responsible for
shipping the parts in a timely manner and is also responsible for all the employees in the shipping, production, and maintenance departments.
The production manager also sits in with the hiring of new employees for all departments. The Production Manager is responsible for the parts shipping dues and
taking information from the production staff to the Sales department. He or She is also the responsible for purchasing supplies for the maintenance department. The
production Manager corresponds with daily meetings with the president, Sales Manager, Quality Manager, and Maintenance Manager for shipping and quality updates.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience as a Die Casting Machine Operator, Setup Man or Foreman
Must have at least two years' experience working in a die casting company such as Castings Aluminum Company.
Experience operating an aluminum die casting machine.
Must be willing to work any shift.
Must be willing to work overtime.
Must have reliable transportation to Castings Aluminum Company.
Die casting mold setup experience is a plus.
Forklift experience is a plus.
